Person Specification:

1. Age : 35 to 40 years

2. Qualification, Experience & Industry :

      • Only MBA ( IB / Mkt. )

      • Individuals (Male Indians) with 10 years exp in International Trade for Manager and

        15 years for Senior Manager position.

      • Preferably from Cigarette industry or FMCG Industry.

3. Location : 

    • Candidates would be based at Head Office, New Delhi.

    • Geographies for Business could be South East Asia, Latin America, Europe

    • Languages – Spanish/French/Chinese/English (Spoken, Written, Reading skills).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Overall responsible for the utilities with operation & maintenance of process with all engineering standards for the entire plant to ensure smooth running of the production at minimum cost without compromising with the quality of work, Mainly maintenance operation & Maintenance of Equipments • Co-coordinating the new/existing projects for the set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives. • Supervising all project activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of project & coordinating with Site Management & team • Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and struments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability. • Identifying areas of obstruction and taking initiatives to rectify it, providing quick turn around responses and efficient solutions • Optimizing use of man, material, machines with fuel & utility during planning and execution. • Make Preventive & Productive Maintenance plan & make MIS •To search continuous process improvement area as well as cost reduction possibilities in the process with Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, Pokayoke, & Jiduka) & by improvement in quality of product with 7 QC tools.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Basically our work involves supporting sales teams in branch for generating sales during the day, week and month and meeting the monthly targets. •  Talking to Dealers/RDs /Retails, communicating with them on Prices, Schemes, Stocks, monthly  targets etc . • Explaining the schemes, motivating partners to take part in schemes and increase the numbers basis the special schemes • Co-ordinating with other functions inside the organization to get the billings done, like co-ordinating with operations dept to track and get the inward and outward deliveries on time, with marketing/product dept to get the pricing updated/sanctions for special prices etc, with credit control dept for getting credit related work done , with sales tax dept for getting sales tax related work done etc etc •  Work closely with CPG Sales Associates to get the dealer coverage jointly done during the day ( if the CRE visist 4-5 partners, the balance have to be spoken on phone by the co-ordinator to get the days plans in place and to be executed. • Follow up with Product Team for right stocks through the month once the stick plan is sent in the beginning of the month. • Co-ordinating with RD's etc and getting the Sales Orders, punching in Impulse and clearing the orders by taking proper approvals from CPG Div Heirarchies , getting the billings and deliveries done by Operations Dept and confirming from Rd's of having received materials on time. • Settlement of Scheme claims. Making CN/DN etc , co-ordinating with HO to get these credited to partner accounts, informing partners etc. • Support to Sales Team in Balance Confirmations. Explaining to partners about CN/DN passed and getting clear balance confirmations. • Support to sales team in collection work of payments and other tax forms like C form etc by following up with Partners. • Maintaining Primary and Secondary sales data of RD's and Secondary dealers. Supporting Sales teams with Retailwise or Productwise sales data, getting the dealers secondary sales data etc •  Supporting sales team in giving Whatever Reports Vendor/HP Product Team may want from  branch.   • Co-ordination with other East Branches CPG sales Associates and getting things done on phone.

MAJOR KEY RESULT AREAS: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for day to day warehouse operations. • Ensure stock availability and re-order level of all stocks like mobile phones, accessories, SIM cards, GPS devices, etc. at all warehouse locations. • Ensure timely dispatch of required products to all customers as per pre planned schedule. • Prepare dispatch plan and its detail time schedule for each asset and manage daily /weekly /monthly dispatch schedules. • Quick resolution of all supply / logistic related problems and ensure full resource utilization at warehouse. • Ensure adherence of schedule throughout the supply chain. • Provide all necessary information and input to Customers both Internal and External in a timely and Professional manner. • Implement standard of Pick & Pack Operations. • Provide timely input and MIS to the Management on Inventory figures, warehouse performance, working capital and stock turnover updates. • Conduct Periodic Inventory / warehouse reviews with a focus to control cost as per BPI process and policies. • Provide timely input on warehouse budget and planning process. • Implement improved method of material handling and packaging
