Job Description:
Ø Carrying out product planning
Ø Developing Product-wise Sales and Marketing Strategy Plan of the current business' portfolio.
Ø Facilitating & driving sales team to achieve business targets
Ø Achievement of Sales and Profitability targets and Working Capital Management. Driving the Countrywide Sales team to achieve the targeted Sales.
Ø Vendor management, Channel Management, Channel strategy, Pricing control
Driving diverse, national sales team
Ø Develop, recommend & execute marketing plan & demand generation activities.
Ø Planned and executed the sales turnover, R.O.I, manpower management and credit management.
Ø Data analysis with respect to market share, competition, opportunities & threats
Ø Conceiving, evaluation and determination of new product specifications.
Ø Driving Sales & owning P&L responsibility for the products
Ø Coordination with cross-functional teams to drive development of new ideas for product distribution and increasing gross margin.
Ø Pre and Post-Sales Support in terms of Pricing, Product-related Technical Updates / Clarifications and Supply Chain Management.
Ø Organizing marketing & other promotional activities.
